What does this post is all about???
Yes, it's that dreaded word! 'Exercise'!

 question :

 do you exercise??

answers :

naa..i don't have time for that..

i hate exercise..don't u know that??

its wasting my time..

hey people!!have you ever used those phrase???
do you know that being physically active offers many rewards? You can lose weight, become fitter, reduce stress levels , improve sleep patterns, increase your life quality and expectancy, and reduce the risk of heart disease, diabetes and some forms of cancer. Overall, it makes you feel refreshed and happy! 

so what are you waiting for??????lets exercise and be happy!!

before that...
here are some TIPS that might help you to boost up your MOTIVATION to EXERCISE :)

  1. BE REALISTIC- please be realistic, especially if it is the first time you are exercising in your entire life. be polite to your body, start with a light activities such as walking around the park, cycling or anything else which does not cause any kind of 'cultural shock' to your body.
  2. LOOK GOOD-  make sure you are wearing proper attire for your activity and you LOOK GOOD..  Buy yourself some outfits that make you feel good--things you WANT to put on. No one said you had to workout in grimy t-shirts.
  3. MAKE EXERCISE A SOCIAL THINGHaving people to work out with is a sure bet for motivation. so, what are you waiting for? go and grab some friends with the same exercise interest, by having them your chances to quit early more likely less.
  4. MIX IT UP -  walking, cycling or jogging along the same road every day might bring down your motivation. if you get tired and stuck in the same routine, stop and do something new. nobody said that you need to do the same thing day in and day out. as long as you move your body, that would be fine.
  5. FIND WORKOUTS THAT AREN'T "WORKOUTS" - even if it's not a proper workout, by being active it still counts. stop using a car to go to the shop just an inch from your nose, stop using an alevator to go to the first floor of your office. you should start to walk to the store,Choose stairs over elevators, and walk during your lunch hour. Design an "active" day where you don't have to go to the gym, but make a conscious effort to exert some energy.
  6. WRITE IT DOWN - if you don't write it down all of your efforts these days might be useless. keep a log to show your improvement. if you are satisfied, set a new goal and challenge yourself.   Having some workout "homework" could help you become more diligent.
  7. REWARD YOURSELFIf you find exercise is torture, give yourself something for getting through it. Whether you exercise for 4 days in a row, or jog an extra mile--if you're happy with your performance, give yourself a prize! This could be a day off from the gym, a new pair of jeans...make yourself happy because you deserve it!






HOWEVER, EXERCISING ALONE WILL NOT MAKE YOURSELF HEALTHY,  IT MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A BALANCE DIET
